Everyone wants to get a big resolutions of their life but it can be hard to keep. When the new year comes around it seems that you make a promise that you cannot be done. In every I make a plan for my new year resolution, I always failed even i said to myself that I can do this. I've tried to be good student to starting giving up playing games. But after a month, it seems that I'm giving up. This 2024 is a good time to learn my previous mistake last year and set a new goals. There are  two  main resolution that I will fulfill this year to improve my English speaking and self discipline.

 

One of my new year resolution is English speaking. English is important to learn in our life but it's really hard to mastered. To improve my speaking skills are watching English movie and by speaking it in everyday. For me, speaking English at the young age like high school student is very big advantage because when you find a job like Academy, you must know how to speak and  use it. For instance, my brother graduated in Maritime Academy in Bataan and I asked him, "It is really important to speak English in your classroom and to your adviser or in your daily life?" he said, ofcource it is very important, we use English  because it is the international language,if you do not know how to speak english then you do not come  Academy. When I heard that, I'm afraid because in speaking English, I'm little weak but it is not problem, I will use his words as a inspirations this year to improve my English speaking. Secondly, my new year resolution is improve self-discipline. We all know that self-discipline is very important. Self-discipline allows you to stay focused on your goals. It enables you to stay in control of yourself and of your reaction to any situation. Self-discipline is like a muscle, the more you train it, the stronger you become. Lack of self-discipline can cause low self-esteem. Self-discipline becomes very powerful when combined with goal-setting, passion, and planning. Write down your goals once again and make sure that you do everything in your power to stick to them. Always finish any task you set before moving on to start another. 

 

In conclusion, these two things I want to accomplish this year to improve English speaking and self-discipline. When I achieve these things, my life will be better in the future. Because these goals have big improvement to me even on other people.
